The Business Leadership Council invites active Wellesley Alumnae who are senior leaders in business or non-profit organizations to be considered for membership. The membership criteria states that a candidate shall "meet the primary criterion of a management leadership position. She is an active business leader, owner, senior executive and/or high-level decision maker who has demonstrated sustained and recognized leadership positions in a company, organization or institution." A candidate can be nominated for membership by a current BLC member or by filling out a self-nomination form. The BLC Membership Committee reviews nominations for membership semi-annually, gathers any additional information needed, and makes recommendations to the leadership of the BLC Board for approval. |  |
